Oo naman, pwede! A few of us sa group namin have diabetes and nag-breastfeed pa rin without problems, ang importante talaga is na consistent sa meds at blood sugar management mo para sa sarili mo at safe din para sa baby. Best to ask your OB or endocrinologist about it though, kasi they can give you specific advice based sa type ng diabetes mo at kung ano exactly na medications you're taking, para sure ka talaga na all good.
