Aw, mama, that sounds really painful I haven't personally dealt with a breast abscess, but a few of my mum friends had mastitis na naging complicated, and they all went straight to their OB because it needed proper treatment, sometimes antibiotics or even drainage kung kailangan. Please don't wait on this one; a doctor visit ASAP is really important kasi it can get worse if left alone, and you deserve to feel better agad, especially if you're breastfeeding pa.
