My boy has rashes on his face, should I be worried and bring him to doc ?

Yes you should. It looks like allergy reaction/ hives. Did he eat something new or something new in the environment lately?

yea. if you have zyrtec on hand can give bb some. Else i would recommend to see a doctor. If it rash is getting more and it seems to affect his breathing, please go to emergency
