Is bouncing using a yaolan safe for newborn? 2 weeks old

I started when they were around one month plus and used it during the day. They have no issue. Of course, not to bounce vigorously especially if elder kid is helping as the kid may find is fun by doing so.

I start using Yao lan at 1 month old and let baby sleep inside during the day time. currently 17 months very smart and cheeky no issue

I started at 3 weeks old. Left it swinging by wind and not the motor
