Low red blood cell

Hi..my blood test result shows that I am anaemic.Low in red blood cells and was advise to take iron pills.Where do I get this pills?By taking Obimin pills, is it enough?

The gynae will prescribe the iron tablets to you. I am taking it daily with my multivitamin, DHA, Calcium and Asprin. Do speak to your gynae if it has not been prescribed to understand why. Don’t be overly worry yourself, stay positive. When in doubt always consult your gynae. A happy mama, a healthy baby! Take good care and God bless you and baby!
