hey..a big mommy tummy even after 7 months of c sec delivery. probably diastasis recti...any help n advice wud be helpful

If it is Diastasis Recti, we would recommend avoiding exercises that strains the abdominal area (e.g. crunches, sit-ups, twisting actions, etc). You should get it treated sooner rather than later especially if symptoms continues to persist, as it would lead to other issues as one ages.
