Eh memang Serdang lama tunggu ward, a few of my mum friends also complained pasal tu dulu, sibuk sangat and staff memang stretched thin Tapi honestly kalo nak compare public vs private, PPUM RM2500 for normal delivery is still reasonable lah compare ke private hospitals lain, tapi I understand lah budget conscious moms like us! Mungkin try call PPUM and ask korang dapat ward time apa, sebab I heard some locations better than others, maybe they can reassure you on that part at least.
