Been having this prickling kind of sensation pain on one of my breast. Any idea whyyy? I'm a BF mum and baby is 4 weeks old.

Is it during breastfeeding or after? Is it very painful or just mild? If during breastfeeding and not too painful it could be letdown pain. If it's during & after breastfeeding and very painful and itchy, it could be thrush. If the nipple is white it could be vasospasm. Anyway this is from my personal experience only, better go ask your gynae or lactation consultant for diagnosis and cure :)
