I feel for you. It was really horrible! I can’t even open bottles, cut fruits, do my work and worst, sleep! It felt like my fingers are going to explode! However, it really is normal as our weight gain puts pressure on the nerves on out wrists. I had it too from 5 months till about 2 weeks after giving birth. You can ease the pain by wrapping cold cabbage and using wrist guard.

SAME. Sigh. I soaked my hands in cold water. Nope, didn't help🤣😂 my rings don't fit anymore. And my fingers can literally "jam" sigh

Drink more water to avoid fluid retention. Carpal tunnel is bcos of fluid retention . Use a wrist guard . Don’t wear ring anymore

I have that too during my pregnancy. It’s normal
