39 weeks,contraction or braxton hicks?

Been having this contraction/braxton hicks for a few hours straight. From 4am onwards till now 930am. Been monitoring my contraction at first they are 10mins apart lasting almost one minute and now they are getting closer 6 mins apart, lasting one minute. Should i head to the hospital? Am I already on labour? I have a doc appt today at 430pm for my 39 weeks + 1 day. #pleasehelp #firstbaby #1stimemom #pregnancy #advicepls
