When to start puree or solid?

Hi,my bb turning 5 months. Next review is when bb will turn 6 months 3 weeks. Can I start to give puree the supermarket bb jar one to start first at 6th month?

yes can try to start off with single fruit puree like apple 🍎 first. test it out for few days before switching to other fruits puree or mixed. to avoid any allergies
