My bb has mild juandice level 165. Was told by PD that is ok and dont require followup. Should i get another PD /polyclinic to check again?

Yes normally no need unless jaundice is high 200+. Keep feeding your baby (does not matter bm or fm) on demand to flush out the bilirubin.
