Sleeping on the left and right

Based on studies, it’s recommended to sleep on the sides, especially left... most of the time i sleep on the left side for optimal blood flow for the baby. However, i realized that the baby moves more when I’m on my right.. is that the same for u? #week30

Excited to become a mum

Baby tends to kick more when sleep on right but kick lesser when sleep on left - sometimes both sides irritate the baby so sleep on the back lol

Same for me 🙋🏻‍♀️, but I’m at week 18. But can only feel baby flutters when i’m at my right side.
