Bintik2 gatal

Ahhh bintik gatal memang menyebalkan, especially kalau spread kat badan sama kaki! Honestly a few of my mum friends yang ada baby dulu kena yang sama, some kena heat rash, some kena allergic reaction ke detergent atau fabric softener baru. Best lagi nak betul-betul tahu apa cause dia, maybe check with your doctor or clinic sebab kalau gatal sangat boleh spread if you scratch, but in the meantime try avoid hot showers, pakai cotton clothes, and kalau perlu je guna moisturiser yang gentle (jangan yang heavy-duty) to soothe the area.
