It sounds like you're going through a tough time with those pains, especially with the added discomfort of stomach cramps. While every pregnancy is unique, experiencing cramps like period pain during pregnancy is actually quite common. It could be due to various reasons such as the stretching of ligaments, gas, constipation, or even your uterus expanding. However, it's always best to err on the side of caution and consult your healthcare provider, especially if the pain becomes severe or persistent, or if you notice any other concerning symptoms like bleeding or unusual discharge. In the meantime, there are a few things you can try to alleviate the discomfort: 1. **Rest**: Make sure to take breaks throughout the day to rest and elevate your feet. Sometimes, simply changing positions or lying down can help ease the discomfort. 2. **Warm Compress**: Applying a warm compress to your lower abdomen can help relax the muscles and alleviate some of the cramping. 3. **Hydrate and Eat Well**: Dehydration and poor diet can sometimes exacerbate cramping, so make sure you're drinking plenty of water and eating nutritious foods. 4. **Gentle Exercise**: Gentle exercises like walking or prenatal yoga can help improve circulation and alleviate some of the discomfort. However, if the pain is too severe, it's best to avoid strenuous activities. 5. **Pelvic Support**: Consider using a maternity support belt or pillow to provide extra support to your back and pelvis, which might help reduce the pain. Remember, always trust your instincts and don't hesitate to reach out to your healthcare provider if you're worried or unsure about anything. They're there to support you and ensure the well-being of both you and your baby. Take care! Mama's Choice $18 voucher 👉🏻 https://invl.io/cll6she

It’s normal! It’s just your uterus expanding and making space for your growing baby. If there is bleeding, please go to your gynae immediately. Otherwise, it’s fine! It’s also normal for your tummy to be small now. My baby bump is only obvious when I’m 7 months pregnant! Different body, different bump 😊 back and pelvic pain will worsen when you go onto trimester 3.

I even get slight cramp when I suddenly sneeze or cough too.

Yes normal it will come and go sometimes
