Some babies have their first tooth late after a year old. It’s just slightly later than the average. Extremely extremely rare to have missing teeth. Be patient and soon you might just see those little teeth appearing.

Mine is stuck on 4! Sprouted around 12/13 months and not seen anymore come out since! Totally normal, they develop in their own time!
