How go relieve Baby's rashes?

Baby just went for her 1 year old Vaccination last Friday, today is exactly 1 week 1 day and she has these rashes (see photo) today which our Pediatrician says it's expected and it should subside within 7 days (just like fever) from today & recommends us to get Bath treatment & KidsClin body mousse from his clinic to relieve the rashes. Just want to seek other opinions on how fellow parents deal with rashes?

As long as she doesn’t scratch should be fine. I like using suubalm or calamine lotion to soothe the rash too if it gets inflamed.
