My baby was born on Aug 2019 and my company's financial year is Jun. Based on mom rules， I can start CCL in 2019 or 2020. Any ideas when should I clear the CCL?

You have 6 days per year. I save CCL for days I need to bring my LO for vaccinations, or when my LO is sick, or if the person caring for my LO (in my case, husband) is sick.
