You have 6 days per year. I save CCL for days I need to bring my LO for vaccinations, or when my LO is sick, or if the person caring for my LO (in my case, husband) is sick.
It is 6 days from birth date of baby, does not follow your company's fiscal year. Likewise, still applies if you switch companies
