ulcers?

Baby turning 6months in a week time. No teeth yet but found ths. Paranoid mummy. Is it hfmd or just normal ulcer/trush? Coz baby recently been biting on teether toy more frequently. Should i monitor for now? Or go dr? No bumps on hand and feet. No fever
