6months old baby sleep quite alot in the afternoon

Hi. My baby tends to sleep alot in the afternoon. He can sleep like 3hours twice in the afternoon especially after his solid food meals. Is this normal?

Totally normal! Infants nap twice or thrice a day. My 7 mth old naps twice in the day ranging from 1 hr - 3 hr daily.
