Adui, sabar ya! Muntah after formula memang common kalau baby dah fully breastfed, sometimes it's the formula itself yang tak agree dengan baby, or bisa jadi transition nya terlalu cepat. A few of my mum friends had the same issue, one tried introducing formula slowly mixed dengan breast milk first sebelum full switch, and it helped reduce the vomiting. Tapi since your baby dah try dua formula jenis berlainan dah muntah both times, better check with your paediatrician cepat-cepat to make sure ada health issue or formula intolerance ke, especially since he's still so young, doctor can guide you on best formula choice or maybe ada underlying reason yang need checking.
