Hope your baby will get better soon. I feel you upon looking at the picture dear. Looks like really bad breakout rashes. This looks like his inner thigh? You need to keep him clean with clean water, many changes of clothes and apply skin bearer if theres in the nappy. (Daprolene cream is good too). If the LO is attending a childcare, please rush him to the PD. Local Polyclinics offer cheaper rates and good PD too. Get well soon sweeheart! Hugs

Is your baby attending any school? Looks like HFMD to me. Do send your baby to a doc for assessment. May your child recover quickly. Take care mummy!
There is an ulcer - so that's an indication of hand foot and mouth diseases
Could be HFMD. See a PD or go to KKH asap!
