Eh, kalau baby demand feeding macam tu, i think best lagi direct feed je since she's getting enough from you lah (yang penting weight gain okay). But kalau nak pump for stock, a few of us tried pumping right after she feeds on one side, so baby minum satu breast, pastu pump the other side sambil she's still comfortable, ambil 10-15 mins je, usually dapat 2-3oz. Timing-wise, maybe around 10.30-11am after her morning feed, or right before you prep lunch (around 12-1pm) when your supply is fullest, then again mid-afternoon around 3-4pm before she demand feeds again. Honestly though, dengan schedule makan dan prep you punya, might be stress je, better check with your lactation consultant or midwife first to make sure you're pumping the right way for a high-demand baby, sebab sometimes kang body over-produce pulak
