Hi Sana, You know kids have their phases. Sometimes they would eat well and sometimes they throw tantrums. Also because summers have come...the weather also makes our diet take a dip. But what you can do is make food little exciting for her...like with dal make some chutney so that she finds it a different taste. You can make butter milk and smoothies for her. They are not only healthy but will beat the heat too. Make her eating time with yours. I company kiss eat well. Instead of feeding her three full meals...feed her less and break the meals into 5 or 6. Make snacks of potato for her. Make her do enough physical activity so that she feels hungry.
