2.5 month old baby spitting yellow liquid with milk after burping

Hi, my baby normally spits up after drinking milk and burping. However, he had been spitting up some yellow liquid with milk for two times today. Does anyone know if I should be concerned about it? Baby is in formula and breastmilk. Both spit ups today are after drinking breastmilk. Thanks in advance!
