How to let baby sleeps at babycot

My baby is one month plus old. The moment puts on baby cot, starts crying. However, put at rocker, can sleep on it. Any idea or tips ok how to let baby sleeps at the baby cot?

Mine had the same problem. So i did a dangerous act by sitting n leaning on my headboard and letting my ger slp in my arms 😂
