Baby bcg injection

My baby is one month old. I realized her bcg got bigger. Is this ok ? Or should bring for doctor?

okey je tu, tu tandanya suntikan tu jadi elok. biar je jangan sentuh,jgn sapu apa2 pun. nanti pecah,kering last sekali jadi parut. kalau takda parut,masuk umr 3 bulan akan disuntik lagi sekali..
