Baby like to eat his hand should I stop him?

it's a normal sign of insecurity... just make sure his fingers are cleaned :) Give him a gentle pat to reassure him, or a pacifier if required. Hold him in your arms, talk to him gently while holding onto his fingers. It's the stage where they learn to feel their fingers and are amazed with the movement of their fingers and warmth of their saliva/mouth :)
