Which desitin better for rushes

Hi my baby have rushes due to change different brand of diapher.. Now she suffer in this rushes thay cant let her sit and always cry.. Wanting to ask which desitin should i use for this kind of rushes.. Confused to this 2 diff colour. Thank u
