Baby has red bumps on cheek

Baby has red bumps on cheeks. Is this allergy/rashes/bites? I got sudocrem but not sure whether to apply on baby face. Doesn't seem to be uncomfortable

u can try to wipe baby face with wet cloth or even baby lotion as its the safest.
