Moisturiser for dry skin

Hi! My baby has dry skin especially around the elbow and knees area. It feels kinda bumpy, like goosebumps. PD told us to apply moisturiser and there is no need to apply steroids yet. Any recommendations for moisturiser ? Please share - thank you!
