Baby rashes

Baby had these red rashes on lower chin and chest. Applied lotion and it got a lot better till few days ago it flare out after vaccine and for a lot worst! Any mummies had similar experiences? Are these eczema? Any idea how I can help my baby to recover??

since u mentioned it flare out after vaccine, its better to call up the clinic and inform them. See what they advice in case its allergy to vaccine.
