How/where to change wipe down baby or change diapers?

On the bed, on the dining table, on the sofa, on the floor, etc but put the waterproof mat. Whichever works for your back.

We place waterproof changing pad on the table. Table height is comfortable for me, less stress on the back.

i actually never got a changing board for my kids... just the complimentary basic mat from hospital

I also placed baby on bed and sat down to change him.
