Bottle refusal

My baby girl is 3mo and had been latching and drinking from bottle since birth without any issue. In the past week I have increased the frequency of latching and she suddenly rejects the bottle, she seems to choke everytime after taking a few sips and refuses to take more. Anyone faces similar issues before and any advice on how to make her take the bottle again? I read online to let someone else do the bottle feeding so my husband tried but so far it did not work too.
