6 mth baby Constipation after starting solids

Baby constipates regularly after starting solids, can be 5 days once or 1 week one poop kind of thing. Any mummy have similar experience? How do we help baby?

Hi mummy, im facing same issue now. My baby is 8 months old. Not pooping himsf without help of suppository (put med into backside) for more than a month. Do you have any remedy for your baby? I tried giving him papaya/pear/juice but he is not eating much hence no effect.
