Hey mama, don't worry too much, 4 times a day at 6 months is actually pretty normal, especially when you've changed formula AND started solids all around the same time, because both things together can really shake up their little digestive system! The key thing to watch is the consistency, as long as it's not super watery or your baby isn't crying and straining, frequent poops at this stage are usually fine. My own baby's poop frequency and smell changed quite a bit once solids came into the picture, so that part is totally expected! Some mums have also found that adding a probiotic like Biogaia helped to settle things down when there's a formula switch involved, though results can vary from baby to baby. That said, since it's a noticeable change and you want to be sure, it's always good to check in with your PD just to rule out anything like a formula sensitivity!
