Lesser milk feeding

My baby is 4month 23days old, but she use to have 120ml every 2.30-3hour. But now she cannot finish a full 120ml always left about 90ml. Getting harder to feed

my baby also drinks lesser when she is 4 mths old. she will rather stuff her hands into her mouth instead
