Red bumps around chin and mouth

Baby (4mo) has been having red bumps around her mouth and chin area. Been about 3 days and it's getting worse. Any idea what this is and how we should tackle it? #Needadvice TIA!

do keep the area clean and dry by using absorbent bibs frequently, gently wiping away saliva with a soft cloth, and applying a barrier cream to protect the skin... if still persists, do seek professional healthcare
