Crying while drinking milk

Baby is 2month old currently! Out of one day he started crying during every feeding.. he’s currently on formula all the way! We’ve already changed to a slower teats size, as well as changing new bottles and even milk formula.. nothing helps… only a little bit better when we shake and swing to calm him down before trying again… :(
