Will I be able to get pregnant if I don’t track my ovulation diligently?

it depends on your age. unfortunately, the fertility cliff (once we get over 30) is real. not only the chance of pregnancy each cycle decreases, but the number of our cycles that's "pregnant-able" is also decreasing. means, if you're way over 30, part of our cycles (i heard from specialist that it can be well up to half of them) are a no-go at the start. means the egg we ovulate will never get fertilised. :( if you're at the "peak fertile age" of 25-28 YO, then you probably need not be diligently tracking your ovulation, just estimate based on your monthly cycle (half of your cycle +/- will be the day(s) you ovulate). if you're over 30, best is to track your ovulation date, and start trying about 7 days (trying every other day) before your ovulation. but also try to not get overly obsessed with "catching the best time" (ie. TODAY is the day. MUST DO IT). Getting yourselves stressed out won't help. Good Luck. Baby dust to you!

I don't use ovulation kit to track for ovulation. what I did was checking my cervix for "SHOW" Soft, high, open & wet. always works for me. if you have not done so, you should start to get to know your cervix first. google it. Good luck!

I was tracking my ovulation for a year without success. Got tired and stopped tracking….. got pregnant the next month 😅. So for my future pregnancies, I won’t track.

I tracked ovulation for a year plus to try for no 2 but was not successful. so I decided not to test anything. 3 months later, I got pregnant.
