Can babies eat pomfret?

Yes i will let my child be expose to different type of fishes. Just ensure no bones. Steamed pomfret with tomatoe are yummy! the gravy can be used with their rice. Sweet tasting!

As long as there are no bones or scales. I introduced everything except egg before my turn turned one.
