Bengkak Susu

Wa'alaikumassalam sis! Bengkak susu lepas demam memang boleh jadi, usually it's inflammation from the fever or sometimes milk ducts yang tersumbat, terutama if you're breastfeeding. The ketul-ketul tu memang boleh sakit, and a few of my mum friends experienced similar thing, sometimes warm compress membantu, tapi since you're still in pain, I'd suggest check with your doctor or lactation consultant to make sure it's not mastitis (which needs proper treatment). In the meantime, try paracetamol for the pain and make sure you're getting enough rest, ok!
