Wa'alaikumassalam sis! I know how scary it feels when scan ada something like this, tapi you did the right thing by getting the detailed scan, alhamdulillah most of the time these cysts resolve on their own as baby grows, so try not to panic too much. Definitely follow through with your doc appointment and maybe the second scan they mentioned, sebab they'll want to monitor it just to be safe, tapi dari what I hear from mum friends, majority cases okay je dalam the end. For now just take it one scan at a time and let your doctor guide you, they'll know better whether O&G referral is needed or not. Fingers crossed for you, mama!
