Detail scan dengan sono atau Dr MFM

Wa'alaikumsalam mama! Congrats on 20 weeks, exciting! Okay so detail scan boleh buat dengan sono atau MFM, both are fine lah, tapi ada pro-cons nak consider. Sono biasanya cheaper dan boleh jumpa faster, tapi kalau ada concern atau baby ada something unusual, MFM is the specialist so they can advise deeper (especially useful if doktor kk ade concerns). Personally I'd say go dengan MFM since your KK already suruh detailed scan, means dia probably nak make sure everything okay je, so might as well check dengan specialist kali pertama, confirm semua clear maka boleh lah relax. Pasal bawa scan pictures to HTA, boleh je, doktor akan understand, tapi MFM report akan lebih comprehensive than just the images, so kalau buat dengan MFM, you get the written report yang HTA can review nanti pun. Doktor HTA won't reject la, they're pro so they know mums need proper monitoring. Sorry I tak ada specific HTA experience or KL MFM harga to share, but you boleh call HTA clinic and ask recommendation mereka ke siapa for detail scan, they likely work with certain MFM clinics and that becomes smoother for your care long term. Better to check dengan your doctor directly ye on this one!

Saya rasa doktor kat hospital kerajaan tak akan buat detailed scan utk awak, hanya akan buat scan biasa. Detailed scan ni makan masa dan ada banyak gambar scan. Saya buat detailed scan dgn sono, dia ada bagi report. Saya FPP Hospital Putrajaya, doktor kat sana hanya tengok results report tu je.
