Blood sugar check

I was diagnosed gdm so pinahanap ako ng endocronologist ng obgyne ko, ito yung bilin niya sakin before breakfast daw dapat below sa 95 mg/dl, 1hour after breakfast, lunch and dinner naman dapat below 140mg/dl.. kaya ni-request ng endo ko na maghanap ako ng dietician-nutritionist kaya may sinusunod po akong meal plan. Strict diet talaga for the sake of mylo 🥰
