BLEEDING AFTER RASPA

Aw, I'm sorry you went through that, mama. Hindi ka nag-iisa sa feeling na yan, a few of us in the group had raspa din and that cramping feeling after is totally normal, kasi ang uterus mo ay nag-heal pa lang from the procedure. Since it's been a while na and wala nang bleeding, that's actually a good sign, but yung persistent cramping talaga deserve ng checkup with your OB para masiguro na everything's healing properly at walang infection or complications.
