Blighted Ovum

Ay, napakahirap talaga ng situation na yan. Honestly, I haven't personally been through a blighted ovum, but a few of us mums in my circle did experience miscarriages and were able to get pregnant again successfully after, one friend got pregnant within three months and her baby is now two years old na, perfectly healthy! The important thing is to let your body fully recover and get cleared by your OB before trying again, kasi that's what made the difference sa kanila. I'd really suggest talking to your doctor about your specific situation, especially after a raspa, para ma-check kung ready na ang body mo and if there's anything you need to do differently this time around.
