Ay, mahirap talaga ang init ng boarding house lalo na kung hindi okay ang ventilation! Honestly, I'd suggest talking to your landlord na ngayon pa lang and explain the situation clearly, na medyo emergency lang kasi ang init, at if possible pwede na ba kayong lumipat earlier without losing the deposit, or at least part of it. A few of us had similar situations, and most landlords are willing to negotiate if you're honest at straightforward, lalo na kung may valid reason like health concerns (init talaga makaka-affect ng sleep and stress). The key is makipag-usap agad rather than just alis-alis without notice, kasi that might complicate things with your deposit, better to have it in writing o documented na agreement ninyo.
