When can baby sit down

Around which month can your baby start sitting on their own or assisted? Do i need to train him and how do i train him? or itll come naturally?

I didn’t train my baby, just assisting her during playtime, in a relaxing manner. She’s able to sit unassisted when she turned 7 months old.
